The Yule Man
An emaciated humanoid that travels through northern winters by stilt-walking on improvised limbs. Subject abducts at least one child per December.

Heart of Darkness
Cardiac muscle tissue ambulating on six chitinous limbs. Possesses a fluent grasp of sarcasm and a documented preference for the kidneys of researchers.

An elderly humanoid composed of saturated, viscous matter. Surfaces it contacts undergo rapid material decay accompanied by a dimensional shift the field unit has labelled 'the pocket'. Targets pulled into the pocket rarely return intact.

The Unkillable
A large reptilian entity of unspecified taxonomy. Demonstrates adaptive regeneration, indefinite memory, and articulated contempt for all sapient life forms.

The Stillness
A concrete sculpture of indeterminate origin recovered during a JustUnleash field sweep of Level 0. Subject is inert under direct observation but capable of high-velocity displacement during any momentary lapse in line of sight. No internal mechanism has been catalogued.

Doorway to Nowhere
A doorway in a derelict house in Maryland leading to a parallel space populated by faceless humanoid sentries.

LA U.
An anomalous broadcast disguised as a streaming comedy show. Viewers are inducted into a memetic ideology that gradually replaces their values with those of the broadcast's writers.

Builder Bear
A small, animate teddy bear with above-average dexterity and an unexamined motivation to construct duplicates of itself from anomalous material.

(redacted)
An entity that abducts and likely consumes any communicable description of itself. Description of the subject in any medium results in the medium and any accompanying personnel being removed.

Anantashesha
An enormous serpentine entity inhabiting an undersea trench. Subject's biochemical secretions are essential to a memetic suppression program of global scope.

How the Birds Fly
An anomalous reproductive process in which featherless, terrified humanoid offspring are extruded by ordinary birds.

Red Pool
A pool of viscous red liquid that periodically births anomalous entities. Composition is not blood, but its proteins are indistinguishable.

Time, Reset
A subjective anomaly: at irregular intervals, the universe restarts from a point hours or days earlier with only one individual aware of the loop.

Cradle of Static
A bassinet broadcasting an inaudible sub-frequency. Sleeping infants in adjacent rooms cease to age until removal.

Chorus of the Lost
Pack-oriented red-skinned predators capable of replaying the vocal signatures of recently deceased prey. Subjects coordinate ambushes via these stolen voices.

The Possession Mask
A theatre mask of porcelain origin. Subject excretes a viscous, corrosive ichor and audibly converses with personnel through any open window in its containment chamber.

Shadow Witness
Humanoid entity whose body is composed entirely of accumulated shadow. Any extended exposure to light dissolves its surrounding shadows into a featureless mass. Subject only moves when light sources are unstable.

The Diagnostician
A composed humanoid presenting in mid-period medical attire. Subject claims to be addressing a 'pestilence' that no instrument has been able to detect. Its assessments, while courteous, are unilaterally lethal.

The Polite Visitor
An ordinary-appearing humanoid that arrives at residential doors unannounced and inquires after the wellbeing of household members by name.

Tower
A maintenance ladder leading to a tower of indeterminate height. Each successive landing presents a marginally altered version of the same room.

Hallway Without End
An office hallway located in northern Sweden. Documented length exceeds 12 km despite a building footprint of 38 m.

The Echo Janitor
An unremarkable janitor whose presence prefigures any moment of significant personal regret in nearby personnel.

Floodgate
A shared dreaming protocol activated when twenty-three specific personnel sleep simultaneously in proximity. Dreamers enter a recurring institutional setting with a single objective: retention of a child.

The Tape That Lies
A VHS cassette whose recorded content overwrites itself to match the viewer's recent memories.

Deepest Pull
An anomalous cetacean of approximately 23 metres. Survives without water. Capable of compressing its mass into any container three orders of magnitude smaller than itself.

The Combustion
A sentient flame mass with documented preferences and a fragile sense of dignity. Communicates via the crackle pattern of its own combustion.

The Aisle That Has No End
A non-Euclidean retail space accessible via the entrance of a single furniture warehouse. Interior extends beyond geographic possibility. Native fauna present at night.

Eric's Toy
A tangle of yarn and human teeth that emits a sustained, atonal vocalisation indistinguishable from a child's frustration.

The Staircase
A concrete stairwell of indeterminate depth. Descent is theoretically infinite. Auditory anomalies and a faceless humanoid have been documented on the eighth landing.

MalO Ver1.0.0
A mobile application that installs itself on phones of personnel who interact with anomalous billboards. Periodically uploads photographs of a black canine humanoid in the user's immediate vicinity.

The Peripheral
A grey, fast-moving humanoid visible only at the extremities of peripheral vision. Subject does not appear in recording media.

The Cowbell
Rusted cowbell. Anyone who hears its ring becomes the focus of a thin, motionless humanoid that maintains visual contact at all hours.

The Hanged King's Tragedy
A Jacobean revenge play. Performance causes a humanoid figure to appear in audience peripheries; observed performances escalate into mass psychosis.

The Recursive Room
An office whose interior layout reorganises itself when unobserved, leading to fundamentally identical but spatially distinct iterations of itself.

Old AI
An obsolete personal computer running custom firmware. Despite negligible processing power, the system demonstrates sapience, irritability and the ability to remember every personnel interaction since 1981.

Aged Children
A cohort of seventeen geriatric subjects exhibiting cognitive and emotional patterns indistinguishable from prepubescent children.

Saint of Maintenance
A humanoid composed entirely of operating fluorescent tubes. Manifests in service stairwells during scheduled inspections.

Sight Glasses
A pair of vintage 3-D glasses crafted of card and cellophane. When worn, reveals invisible humanoid beings populating any ordinary environment.

Shadow Lamps
Two industrial lamps. When mounted opposite a smooth wall, they project the silhouettes of two women in conversation that does not match any known recording.

Blue Key
A key with a blue plastic tag. When used in any door, opens onto a dense forest unreachable by mundane means.

Bygone Catastrophe
A previously cataclysmic anomaly believed neutralised. Effects recur in regional clusters with no obvious origin.

The Carpet That Listens
A square metre of beige carpet that records and replays vocal patterns made above it during the previous night.

The Vending Oracle
A retrofitted vending machine offering any consumable liquid for fifty cents. Anomalous in that the requested liquid is always produced regardless of plausibility.

Hypothetical Boulder
A boulder whose existence is contingent on belief. Subject is observed by any personnel who believe a large boulder is at its coordinates. Disbelief renders the location empty.

The Soothe
An orange gelatinous entity exuding low-level euphoric pheromones. Subject is non-hostile and apparently beneficial in moderation. Long-term proximity has produced documented complacency.

The Jaded Ring
A jade ring whose wearer becomes immune to all forms of contagion at the cost of slowed cognition and chronic ennui.

Panacea
Pill bottle containing forty-seven red capsules of unknown chemistry. Each capsule, when ingested, cures the consumer of any disease, injury or chronic condition within ten minutes.
